In a nightclub on the edge of the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, adult entertainment stars gave gadget geeks a glimpse at the steamier side of new internet technology.

Porn studio Pink Visual opted to introduce the "geek universe" to its performers in a "tech forward" event late Tuesday in the US, a few steps away from CES, after its bid to exhibit at the consumer gizmo extravaganza was rebuffed.

Apple’s next iPad, expected to go on sale in March, will sport a high-definition screen, run a faster processor and work with next-generation wireless networks, according to three people familiar with the product.

Gaming peripheral company Razer is developing a tablet on steroids to target video game lovers.

Unveiled at the Consumer Electronics Show, the Project Fiona PC gaming tablet is targeted for release in the fourth quarter of 2012 (priced below $1,000).
